The purpose of this document is to provide step-by-step instructions
to setup two eBGP sessions,
advertise routes, and send traffic to all advertised routes
using Spirent's TeraRouting Tester (TRT).
The following HW/SW are required:
- SmartBits 600 or 6000 chassis with TeraMetrics module
- TeraRouting Tester (TRT) client application installed on
workstation
- DUT - router supporting BGP version 4 and configured to match
the topology
The following components were used:
- Router running BGP (DUT) with two interfaces connected to
SmartBits ports
- SmartBits 6000 chassis with TeraMetrics module
- TeraRouting Tester (TRT) version 4.50
