The purpose of this document is to provide the user step-by-step
instructions to setup
a custom OSPF network using TeraRouting Tester's Topology Editor
Components Used
- SmartBits 6000 chassis
- TeraRouting Tester (TRT) version 4.50
- TeraMetrics module with two available ports
- Router with two interfaces connected to SmartBits ports
Configuration
Summary
- Setup two SmartBits ports as OSPF adjacencies
- Simulate three OSPF routers on each SmartBits port
- Advertise the OSPF routers' loopback address via OSPF
- Send bi-directional traffic between the advertised LSA's
- Interactively measure and view packet counters
